Description : This role will be located offshore and predominantly be based at our Navi Mumbai office in India. It includes regular interaction with other geographically located teams (UK). This role is responsible for proactively and reactively supporting Unipart Logistics Systems as a member of the Logistics systems application support/development team.
Support of Multiple Logistics Systems. (Warehouse Management Systems, Repair workshop systems, Transport Management Systems) â— Triage of Incidents and manage through to resolution using IBM SCCD. â— Using application knowledge to resolve Incidents. â— Learning new systems and skills to best support the Business and operational teams. â— Proactive Monitoring and Alerting. â— A degree in the field of computer science or similar. â— ITIL Foundation or higher Desirable â— Other professional IT qualifications/ Certifications would be an advantage. Essential
â— 2-5 years working within an IT Application Support Team or strong background in other IT areas. â— Work experience with Warehouse Systems / Logistics Systems (any) â— Knowledge of IBM SCCD or similar helpdesk/incident management tool. â— Knowledge of Oracle SQL to be able to query and investigate database issues. â— Knowledge of Linux Operating system and commands Desirable â— JDA Warehouse Management system (WMS) experience or similar warehouse management experience (SAP WM/eWM) â— Business knowledge of Logistics processes. â— Knowledge of EC2 and RDS cloud watch in Amazon Web Services
