Description : Overall Job Purpose: This role is predominantly based at our Navi Mumbai office in India
and includes regular interaction with other geographically located
teams.
The WM /EWM Configurer will work closely with the India WM
support team to provide day to day support across several SAP
landscapes.
The will also work with the UK based Configuration team to deliver
Changes and Projects when required.

Key Responsibilities: ● Responsible for supporting the daily Housekeeping activities

in line with Client SLA’s when required
● Responsible for supporting daily monitoring duties in line
with Clients SLA’s
● Will be required to undertake Configuration in the SAP
WM/EWM module as required
● Have a good understanding of both WM and EWM modules
● Be responsible for supporting first line support of Incidents
raised against the Warehouse Management Resolver group
● Will be required to support Unit and Regression testing
● Responsible for delivery of Changes and Project tasks assigned
on time and to quote.

Experience: ● SAP WM & EWM module Certification

Essential
● Will have at least 5 years SAP WM experience
● Will have at least 4 years SAP EWM experience
● Will have at least 1-3 years SAP support experience
● Experience in implementing SAP Warehouse Management.
The implementation and delivery experience should include
being involved in at least 2 full project lifecycle.
● Understanding of the Warehouse Management integration
touch-points with other modules like Finance (FI), Controlling
(CO), Sales & Distribution (SD), Quality Management (QM),
Plant Maintenance (PM), Production Planning (PP) and
Materials Management (MM).
● Have a good understanding of EWM configuration in
particular RF , serialisation, HU management

● Strong SAP EWM with 4 year experience, with the ability to
explain SAP EWM functionality and design the business
process configuration

complete tasks to plan, as well as provide timely updates.
