Description : Responsibilities: • To initiate technical valuations to Vendor. • Following up with vendor for getting valuation report. • Post receiving the valuation report from vendor, it should be analysed and send a summary report to reporting RTM. • Analysis should be based on Identification of Property, Risk etc. • To enter details in the valuation report to Varthana Software which will be submitted by Valuation agency empanelled with us, post approval from your reporting manager. • Co ordinate with other branches to check pending reports and completing the same in our software. • Vendor Empanelment. • Maintaining MIS of all the cases initiated from your branches and tracking the same with valuer. • Vendor Bill management and Processing. • Audit Visits of cases done by vendor and doing vendor review.
