Description : Must have 12+ years of strong Oracle Technical Experience(min 2 yrs in fusion cloud)
3 Plus years of cloud experience
Expertise in Oracle SCM/ Finance / CRM - Cloud
Should be able to work in US shifts.
Should be able to resolve support tickets and Guide Team on Technical expertise.
Should have handled SLA and Task allocation role in the past
Customer facing role and Provide Weekly/Daily updates to customer and management.

Work Model: 1.Candidate to be based out of Bangalore location. 2.To work from office at the stipulated timing for 3 days a week 3. Work from home for 2 days a week 4. Resume back to work all 5 days a week from office once the situation is back to normalcy (standard clause similar tpo any other IT organisation)
