Description : Roles and Responsibilities:
Establish coverage, distribution and display objectives for all the Sales officers - distributor wise Establish PJPs for all the growth officers and DSMs Establish primary and secondary targets - town wise and market wise as per the PJPs of all Sales officers and DSMs Appoint distributors and distributor salesmen to achieve sales, coverage and distribution objectives. Refer to induction manual for the profile of distributors to be appointed Conduct review meetings on weekly and monthly basis Co-ordinate with SME and execute all the marketing and brand activities as per the agreed calendar in your territory Execute all market contact plans as agreed with the RGM and report periodically to the RGM/ GM-sales Ensure that your team raises self and their distributor claims on time and you approve the same on time and forward them for authorization to your RGM Have a clear focus on Traditional Channels. to build Distribution, Visibility and volumes Fill-up all the vacancies in your territory on time with the help of your RGM / GM-sales and personnel department
Desired Candidate Profile:
Post Graduate or Graduate 4+ years experience in General Trade sales (Age should be less than 35years) Required candidates from FMCG companies only Field Work Experience Distribution Salesman management Territory Management and Selling skills
