Description : ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for preparing metrics, monitoring trends and reporting specific to the SRC, including but not limited to attendance, hiring, Leave of Absence and ad hoc reporting.
Collaborate with SRC hiring team to develop and maintain interview strategies.
Assist business with hiring efforts based on workforce planning.
Interacts with associates on all shifts to answer general employment and HR related questions in a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable manner.
Conducts investigations and manages associate relations matters with supervision from HR leadership. Handles situations with sensitive information.
Supports training and development for positions up to Supervisor-level, including co-facilitating sessions.
Supports every day performance management processes and talent conversations.
Supports unemployment claim process by pulling together necessary information and working with SRC leadership on responses.
May need to provide cover for weekends and/or evenings, requiring flexible work hours as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years’ experience administrative or customer-facing experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Human Resource generalist or call center experience is preferred.
Requires effective communication skills and performs work with confidentiality in mind.
Excellent human relations skills to build positive relationships within the SRC and across the company.
Listens attentively and responds in a sensitive and appropriate manner, treating all with respect and dignity.
Ability to exercise independent judgment
Excellent organization and accurate data entry skills.
Ability to prioritize work in fast paced work environment.
Must be able to work on a team as well as independently.
